Leaders must be accepted by the people they are trying to lead or they will be in the wrong place to lead. Forced leadership is communism, not Christianity. So, who does God mean to have lead the Church or each individual church? There are five ministries Christ, the Head of the Church, has appointed and anointed as leaders of His Church.
