Buck Williams continues to search for his wife, Chloe. The last time a neighbor saw her, she was running towards the back of the house where she was living. It was during the earthquake. Buck has also found Ernie, the head of the GC Missing Persons Bureau and Ernie has promised to put an all points bulletin out for her. Meanwhile, Rayford has been asked by Fortunato, Carpathia’s #1 henchman, who has supposedly been raised from the dead by Carpathia (the Antichrist) where Christian Rabbi Ben Judah is. Rayford, with great disgust, in essence told Fortunato “Go take a hike!” Ray picks the story up at this point.
