Hello America. Hello world.
From the headquarters of reachmorenow.com in Fort Worth, Texas, this is Ray Mossholder and this is the news.
Both the FBI and Homeland Security have issued warnings to all law enforcement agencies throughout America that our attacking Isis in Iraq may bring Isis to attack America. That warning was released Friday after the terrifying announcement that foreign fighters who have been fighting as Isis troops are returning to their own countries and creating Isis cells with nothing but evil strategies in mind.
The warning reads: “It is difficult to predict triggers that will contribute to (Homeland violent terrorists) attempting acts of violence. (Lone wolf terrorists) present law enforcement with limited opportunities to detect and disrupt plots, which frequently involve simple plotting against targets of opportunity.”
Yesterday White House spokesman Josh Earnest downplayed the threat to America from Isis. He told the press corps “We are concerned about the threat that is posed by Isil, but it is the assessment as stated by the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and by the intelligence community, that there currently is not an active plot underway to attack the United States by Isil.” Earnest read those words very carefully.
The recent law enforcement bulletin that was sent nationally by the FBI and Homeland Security stressed that Isis will continue to use Twitter hashtags and Facebook along with other social media to spread its propaganda, especially after any major events while many more people than even what is usual are checking with family and friends. (Isis used the attention focused on social media to propagandize directly after the Napa, California, earthquake this past weekend.)
Disasters natural or otherwise are used by Isis for propaganda and spreading fear over the social media
Earnest also stressed that the vast majority of Isis members are just two countries – Iraq and Syria. However, they will try to regularly send fear worldwide because fear, in spite of everything else, is their number one weapon.
It remains unclear at this moment whether President Obama is striking a beehive with a stick or a country that has not invited him. Either way the results right now are like high stakes poker with the winner being announced very soon.
Our president has, without any authorization but his own, sent drones in a prelude to airstrikes against Isis in Syria. Syria’s president Assad is anything but happy about it and asking America how it would like it if a foreign country, especially one that has been totally antagonistic towards its leader, should come with drones flying over our nation? The anger coming from Assad may lead to the United States finding out the answer to that question very quickly.
President Obama has used to sending drones over Pakistan. Far more recently, he has been sending them over Iraq. His purpose in sending them over Syria is still the same – to locate that terror organization that has threatened it will very soon destroy one of our major cities. But Assad says America’s drones are unwanted in a major violation of international law. Once again, as is our president’s habit, he did not consult Congress or Assad before this action. Congress remains on vacation.
In international terms, Obama action is “intrusive” rather than “protective,” which is to say that America has invaded Syria for the purpose of destruction rather than coming on to friendly territory for the purpose of defending ourselves. For a president who believes in political correctness, that philosophy must not extend in his mind further than our own borders. Some question whether it extends that.
On Monday, President Assad demanded that America get his permission before invading his country with the goal of airstrikes. In no uncertain terms, the US State Department answered that it has no intention of seeking “the approval of the Syrian regime.”
What is troubling about what we are at this moment in Syria is setting a precedent that in later weeks, months, or hopefully many years, may be used as the excuse for any nation in the world to do what we are doing now to our own country. And we will have no excuse to argue against it.
The Obama administration hates any idea that we might start working again with the Syrian president who has used chemical warfare as a weapon. Meanwhile, it is to be remembered that the United States is working to develop chemical warfare weaponry right now. For what purpose?
Is there a time in any future situation that America would unleash their chemical weapons against any group of people? If so, doesn’t that make us hypocrites while even working on such a possibility?
Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki said yesterday, “Just because the Syrian regime is taking on Isil or… Speaking publicly about that, it certainly doesn’t mean that were on the same side of the coin here. I think when American lives are at stake, when we are talking about defending our own interests, we’re not looking for the approval of the Syrian regime.”
Lord, may this never come back to bite us.
In an announcement by the United States National Security Council spokeswoman Caitlin Hayden, an American, Douglas MacAuthur McCain (his correct spelling), died in action against Iraqi troops yesterday. She said “We continue to use every tool we possess to disrupt and dissuade individuals from traveling abroad for violent jihad and to track and engage those who return.”

slain with Isis in Syria
Members of McCain’s family told the Minneapolis Star Tribune they had been concerned about McCain’s enthusiasm for Isis. His uncle said Douglas had converted from Christianity to Islam several years ago and traveled to the war region through Turkey to fight as a jihadist.
Attorney General Eric Holder said about 7,000 American men out of approximately 23,000 members of Isis are fighting now in Syria and Iraq.
Isis handiwork
England’s Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond was quoted Sunday as saying that the Islamic State is “turning a swath of Iraq and Syria into a terrorist state as a base for launching attacks on the West. Sooner or later they will seek to strike us on British soil.”
Germany bombing England during the Second World War
Meanwhile, the United States and the United Kingdom intelligence forces joined together and have pinpointed the man who beheaded journalist James Foley. The man is from England and was raised in a million-dollar home in Maida Vale, one of the most plush areas of London, with his mother and five siblings.
The man, until he left for the killing fields was a well-known British rapper, Abdel–Majed Abdel Bary, whose rap music has been playing on the BBC until he sent a picture of himself from Raqqa, Iraq, earlier this year, holding just a head of someone. He wrote under the picture “Chillin with my homie or what’s left of him.”
Abdel’s father, Egyptian national Adel Abdul Bary, was believed to have been a very close friend of Osama bin Laden and was extradited from England to the United States in 2012 for his alleged bombings of two US embassies in East Africa.
Here are just a part of the lyrics written by the rapper turned savage with Isis:
“Give me the pride and the honor like my father, I swear that they came and took my dad, I could’ve killed a cop or two. Imagine then I was only six, picture what I’d do now with a loaded stick. Like boom bang fine, I’m wishing you were dead, violate my brothers and I’m filling you with lead.”
The demonic cruelty and barbarism of Isis is beyond human imagination. Their most recent inhuman action was to wire the Iraq Christian town of Talesskev with explosives everywhere before it could be liberated by Peshmerga. Talesskev was once the home of six thousand people and it was recaptured by the Kurdish troops on the 16th of this month. It’s a town located about 20 miles from Mosul. Ever since, the heartbroken Iraqis who lived in Talesskev have been sifting through the rubble to find anything left that belong to them.
General ABDUL-ARAH-MAN (Abdularahman) Gawrini said “I always tell my friend that Isis has more TNT then we have baking powder.” Gawrini said his special troops have unwired eight clusters of TNT in Talesskev. He said Isis is highly skilled in manufacturing explosives, and they also helped themselves to the many times in explosives the Iraqi Army left behind when it fled its bases.
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas announced tonight that Israel and all militant factions in Palestine including Hamas, Fatah, and Islamic Jihad, have reached their twelve cease-fire to end seven weeks of devastation. He said they also have agreed to postpone negotiations over issues that remain for one month.
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas
Israeli government spokesman Mark Regev said the agreement on all sides “commits Hamas to ending all hostile activity from Gaza. Now if that in fact does happen, and we hope it does, that is, for us, victory.”
Abbas said that he will soon present a detailed plan aimed at establishing a Palestinian state along the 1967 lines. That was in reference to all the territories Israel occupied in the Six-Day War – including Gaza, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem.
Something is very strange about stopping this war. One of the things is that Hamas seems to have won everything they wanted and Israel gets to go back to waiting to see if Hamas will keep the agreement or start firing rockets back into Israel continuously after the cease-fire ends or even before it ends.
One of three things has just happened to Benjamin Netanyahu – one, he has turned out to be a fool, which he absolutely isn’t. Benjamin Netanyahu is one of the greatest leaders Israel has known.
Two, he is making a political decision because his poll numbers favoring him with the Israeli people have fallen from 82% in July to 32% this week, mainly because he has allowed so many cease-fires when the Israeli people knew they were winning against the terrorists and desperately need to destroy them once and for all. Netanyahu promised Israel that this would be a long war and that Israel wouldn’t stop until they had wiped out their enemy. That’s why his poll numbers went up so high as the people cheered their army on. If he has stopped because of the freefall in his poll numbers, his poll numbers will drop worse than ever because he hasn’t kept his word to them. He will continue to decrease the faith his people have had in him.
The third possibility, and by far the most probable, is that behind the scenes Netanyahu has had so much arm-twisting done to him by President Obama, John Kerry, and the United Nations (who has embraced Hamas like a long-lost brother), that the Prime Minister knows it would be dangerous to his country to continue because the longer he did the harder they’d twist until his arm would be completely torn away by the Obama administration. Israel desperately needs the millions of dollars they receive yearly from America. Without it, Israel’s future would be extremely challenging.
President Obama is getting his way. A couple of years ago he said he believed Israel should give up all the land that Israel conquered in the 1967 Six-Day War. And far harder days for Israel will be in their future than they have had in their past. What a way for America to treat his greatest ally in the Middle East!
Whatever has caused this situation to be given as a prize to Hamas is extremely sad. Hamas is a terror organization that will soon become a state thanks to the United Nations with full support from our President.
You might think that’s the end of the Israeli report for tonight, but it isn’t. Israel received more than a strong threat from Iran yesterday. Iran claims an Israeli drone flew over their country that was an Israeli drone. Their response was immediate. Brigadier General Hossein Salami said about the drone, “Iran will not give a diplomatic response but will air its grievances with Israel on the battlefield, but we will not necessarily announce it. Our enemy will see and understand it. We never step back in a confrontation with our enemies. The Islamic Republic is powerful and is capable of confronting any power at any level and we never bring down the level of our goals.”
Brigadier General Hossein Salami
The day before, the Iranian government said they planned to sue Israel in the International Criminal Court.
Iran declared over the weekend that they had shot down Israel’s drone and that it was an Israeli–made Hermes 450 unmanned drone on the way to Natanz nuclear enrichment site where it is alleged that Iran is building a nuclear bomb.
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem.
Psalm 25
1. To you, O LORD, I lift up my soul;
2. in you I trust, O my God.
Do not let me be put to shame,
nor let my enemies triumph over me.
3. No one whose hope is in you
will ever be put to shame,
but they will be put to shame
who are treacherous without excuse.
4. Show me your ways, O LORD,
teach me your paths;
5. guide me in your truth and teach me,
for you are God my Savior,
and my hope is in you all day long.
6. Remember, O LORD,
your great mercy and love,
for they are from of old.
7. Remember not the sins of my youth
and my rebellious ways;
according to your love remember me,
for you are good, O LORD.
8. Good and upright is the LORD;
therefore he instructs sinners in his ways.
9. He guides the humble in what is right
and teaches them his way.
10. All the ways of the LORD are loving and faithful for those who keep the demands of his covenant.
11. For the sake of your name, O LORD,
forgive my iniquity, though it is great.
12. Who, then, is the man that fears the LORD?
He will instruct him in the way chosen for him.
13. He will spend his days in prosperity,
and his descendants will inherit the land.
14. The LORD confides in those who fear him;
he makes his covenant known to them.
15. My eyes are ever on the LORD,
for only he will release my feet from the snare.
16. Turn to me and be gracious to me,
for I am lonely and afflicted.
17. The troubles of my heart have multiplied;
free me from my anguish.
18. Look upon my affliction and my distress
and take away all my sins.
19. See how my enemies have increased
and how fiercely they hate me!
20. Guard my life and rescue me;
let me not be put to shame,
for I take refuge in you.
21. May integrity and uprightness protect me,
because my hope is in you.
22. Redeem Israel, O God,
from all their troubles!
Syria had attacked Israel this weekend. Five Syrian rockets struck in different sections of the Golan Heights. They were fired at 1:30 A.M. Sunday morning and thankfully caused no injuries. A spokesman said no one in Israel is sure who fired those rockets.
This is not the first time that Syria has fired at Israel. In July, they fired a rocket into northern Israel and Israel fired back with an even stronger return.
Saturday night, Lebanon also fired a rocket at Israel that ended in Upper Galilee. Israel did not fire back, but immediately sent “a strong protest” to the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon.
The European Centre for Law and Justice which is the international affiliate of the American Center for Law and Justice, last week called on the Secretary-General of the United Nations, H. E. Ban Ki-moon to launch an investigation to discover why United Nations Relief And Work for Palestine Refugees in the Near East facilities were used to support Hamas operatives in their attacks on Israel.
Jay Sekulow, who serves as Chief Counsel of both the national and international arms of the ACLJ wrote the following to the Secretary general: “The homes very reputation and legitimacy of the United Nations and its various arms are at stake, especially since Hamas is widely recognized as a terrorist organization. What’s worse – the return to Hamas of the rockets unlawfully stored in UNRWA facilities strongly suggests that UNRWA employees may be acting in concert and/or cooperating with Hamas operatives in unlawfully attacking a UN member state. That cannot be tolerated and may, in fact, constitute a war crime. At a minimum, it places in question the legitimacy and impartiality of all UNRWA operations in Gaza.
Until such an investigation takes place and effective measures are put in place to preclude future violations of UNRWA protected status, the impartiality of UNRWA will remain in question, and Israeli doubts about the sanctity of UNRWA will be fully justified.
Hollywood is rightfully blamed for many things, but they got it right this time. More than 200 actors, actresses, directors, and those associated with the making of motion pictures have signed a statement stating that “Hamas cannot be allowed to reign rockets on Israeli cities, nor can it be allowed to hold its own people hostage. Hospitals are for healing, not for hiding weapons. Schools are for learning, not for launching missiles. Children are for hope, not for human shields.
While we stand firm in our commitment to peace and justice, we must also stand firm against ideologies of hatred and genocide, which are reflected in Hamas’ charter, Article 7, which reads ‘There is a Jew hiding behind me, come on and kill him!’”
Here are the ones who had signed the statement:
Earlier last week a similar letter was written in favor of Hamas that was circulated by Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem and carried a hundred signatures from Hollywood. That list got so much negative response from the rest of Hollywood that both Penelope and Javier withdrew their signatures and admitted they hadn’t known enough about what Hamas was doing, but had been reacting to the death of children in Palestine.

Ukraine has captured ten Russian paratroopers in the Eastern Donetsk region and Vladimir Putin has said “Woops!” He insists their paratroopers entered Ukraine strictly by accident.
Putin’s embarrassment came at a very untimely moment. Within hours of the discovery of the paratroopers, Vladimir and Ukraine President Petro Poroshenko, sat down for the first time face-to-face and talk together in Minsk, Belarus.
Their talk ended with much more of the result then might have been expected. Poroshenko give this report: “A roadmap will be prepared in order to achieve, as soon as possible, a cease-fire regime which absolutely must be bilateral in character.” Poroshenko and Putin spoke alone for two hours. Afterward they were joined by the EU’s top diplomat Catherine Ashton for still more talk.
Vladimir Putin at the end of his conversation with Ukrainian president said “Russia, for its part will do everything to support the peace process if it starts. But it is up to the government in Kiev and separatist leaders in the East to work out conditions for a truce.”
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko talks with
Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin
The Obama administration also continues to accuse Russia of putting their own boots on the ground in an invasion of Ukraine. United States security advisor Susan Rice said yesterday ” Russia’s military incursions into Ukraine – artillery, air defense systems, dozens of tanks and military personnel – represents significant escalation, and this is unacceptable, dangerous and inflammatory.” Vladimir Putin continues to say that these charges against Russia are being made without proof because none of it is true.
Speaking of incursions, California Governor Jerry Brown doesn’t believe there is such a word as “illegal” when it comes to our border. He says California’s big enough for everybody and is throwing a party with all the trimmings for every illegal alien who would like to come and live in the Sunshine State
Last night, Governor Brown threw a party for Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto, and according to the Los Angeles Times, he told the large Mexican crowd that joined them, Brown called America “the other Mexico.” Brown “spoke about the interwoven histories of Mexico and California. Then, again according to the Times, the Governor “nodded to the immigrants in the room, saying it didn’t matter if they had permission to be in the United States. You’re all welcome in California.”
Los Angeles has been a sanctuary city for years that has all but given illegals the keys to the city. Now Jerry Brown has opened up the floodgates of all California and, like the Statue of Liberty is saying “Give me your tired, your poor…”, but he is adding two more words “your illegal.…”
Brown made California a sanctuary state by signing the Trust Act that gives drivers licenses to illegal aliens, expanded financial support for them, and signed the California Dream Act. Mexican president Nieto thanked Governor Brown for extending state benefits to the immigrants.
While the border crossing of anyone and everyone continues, Brown had already vowed “to find ways to shorten long waits at the Tijuana/San Diego international border crossing and said “If we can put a man on the moon, we can put a man from Mexico to California in 20 minutes.”
In 2012, 28% of Californians were born outside the United States according to the New York Times. Hispanic voters made up 19.2% of California voters in 2010. According to the Pew Research, Latinos make up nearly 40% of the state’s population and have made California “only the second state behind New Mexico where whites are not the majority and Latinos are the plurality.”
Even though the University of California has admitted a record number of Hispanics, the Latino Caucus has vowed to make affirmative action and bilingual education top legislative priorities. Jerry Brown applauds their goal.
Yesterday Mexico’s Governor spoke to the California state legislature while American Marine Sergeant Andrew Tahmooressi has been isolated for months in a Tijuana jail cell for crossing the border the other way by mistake. Jerry Brown, who is running for reelection, has no time to be concerned about that.
If I had said Ferguson, Missouri, a month ago, you might have wondered where that was in that state. No longer. Hearing the name of that suburb of St. Louis almost certainly gives you a mental picture of what happened there earlier this month. In still another name would immediately come to mind – Michael Brown.
Michael Brown would have enjoyed his own funeral in Ferguson on Monday. Black people know music from the soul and there was a lot of it at Michael’s funeral. Thousands came to take part in it who couldn’t get in because of the huge crowd jammed in inside. Even though the event was solemn, the music, though non-theatrical, was professional and the singers and speakers were deeply sincere.
With Michael Brown buried yesterday, somewhere close to one hundred demonstrators marched in Ferguson yesterday, demanding the arrest of police officer Darren Wilson for the shooting of Michael. They also called for the removal from office of the Ferguson police chief.
Although the marchers simply chanted, there was an undertow of seething rage. The black people who will never forget the name Trayvon Martin and how his killer was exonerated want no repeat performance of what they believe was at that time a wretched unfair decision.
The marchers chanted “Fired up, fed up, time that we stand up.” In their minds the verdict is already in. The fact that America has a philosophy of innocent until proven guilty, doesn’t interest them at all.
The facts are clear. Officer Darren Wilson shot an unarmed black teenager is evidence enough to hang him. A few bruises should never be enough to shoot six bullets into anybody. The protesters are so far stopping just short of a lynching. They were blocked from walking up the courthouse steps by policemen who were mainly on bicycles.
The whopper is getting whopped by Burger King’s former fans. In fact, the fans are planning a boycott of the Burger King fast food chain. Why? Because Burger King is the most recent company to use a tax dodge by getting out of Dodge.
The fans are spreading the news faster than a speeding bullet on Facebook and Twitter that Burger King plans to take its major office and move it to Canada and is buying a donut and coffee chain called Tim Horton’s to give them their Canadian base. Adding doughnuts that you can dunk in your coffee will give Burger King – get ready for this – 18 thousand fast food restaurants across 100 countries! The price of such a takeover? – A measly 11 billion dollars! And who else but Warren Buffett will be supplying 25% of that because he likes the dough in doughnuts.
Burger King announced the deal yesterday morning, but rumbles among the customers nationwide say the King belongs to America along with mother, the flag and apple pie.
There is no doubt Burger King’s financial gain will soon offset any amount of money lost right now from disenchanted burger lovers. Otherwise Buffett would save his pennies. Instead, Buffett says “This sure beats the stock market.”
The purpose, of course, in Burger King making this giant move is because of the high taxes – they are taxed 35% of their profits compared with 26% north of this country. A second reason for the move is because Burger King hasn’t done at all as well as McDonald’s or Dunkin’ Donuts with the morning crowd throughout our land. The reputation of Tim Horton’s breakfast crowd in Canada is phenomenal, and once that chain is taken over by Burger King, should very quickly make Burger King the early morning favorite.
What’s happening is called a “tax inversion.” Many companies in the last three or four years have done a very similar thing – moving their corporation to a totally different country in order to save a ton of money. The difference between 35% in taxes and 26%, may not sound like much, but it represents many millions more dollars in corporate taxes for businesses as large as Burger King. President Obama has talked about closing the Corporation loophole that has angered his administration every time a new corporation takes their business elsewhere and away from the home of the free. These corporations have found that America isn’t free enough to keep them here.
One thing giving the Burger King protesters hope is that boycotting stopped your friendly neighborhood drugstore Walgreens earlier this month to another land. They gave up that idea when three hundred thousand or so petitioned them who were against that idea. However, Kings rule and the deal with Canadian doughnuts is now a slam dunk.
I wonder if, when it gets to Canada, it will change its name to Burger King ay?!

FBI AND HOMELAND SECURITY WARN LAW ENFORCEMENT ABOUT ISIS
