MY WAY

 MY WAY

By Ray Mossholder

I want that apple over there,

My eating it is only fair.

Who cares God tells me there’s a law

That keeps it from my grasping paw?

When I want something I take it, see,

Because I come from a land that’s free.

A land that’s ruled by my wild will

Instead of truths from the gospel.

We burned all Bibles and the churches too

And threw God out so we could do

Whatever we want to whenever we like,

We told all Christians to take a hike.

Oh no! That guy’s got a gun

And he’s going to shoot me! End of fun.
